These are five musical compositions that I created to be linked to by scanning any one of five QR codes I have placed in Albuquerque, NM. By listening and viewing the YouTube video you are shown the locations of the other QR objects that I have placed. My intention with the compositions and the QR code/objects connected with them is to give the smartphone user walking in the environment an augmented experience of the landscape as well as provide a form of communication interpreted only by the smartphone.
While I did formulate a overall theme for these compositions, their placement in the city was based on sites that I had visited as a result of the walking research of Landscape Elucidate.
